The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Submittal Deadline: April 16, 2007

RFP 07-135

The City of Lee's Summit will accept separate sealed proposals from
qualified firms/providers interested in providing the following:
National Register Historic District Nominations for the Hearne's
Neighborhood.

Proposals must be received by 3:00 P.M. local time, on Monday, April 16,
2007 at the City Hall, Purchasing Division, 220 S.E. Green St. Lee's
Summit, MO 64063.

Proposal documents and any addendums are available by accessing the
City's web site at www.lees-summit.mo.us/content/Citybusiness.cfm

e-procurement system, Onvia-Demandstar at www.demandstar.com

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive
technical defects in the proposals, and to select the proposal deemed
most advantageous to the City.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at
10:00 AM in the Purchasing Conference Room at City Hall, 220 S.E. Green
St.  Lee's Summit, MO  64063.
