Sealed bids for providing Washington Street Pocket Park Design/Build, in
accordance with all terms and specifications contained herein, will be
received in the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 43 Broadway, Newport, R.
I., until Two (2) o'clock P.M., Local Time, 20 Apr 2007. 

Note: There will be a MANDITORY PRE-BID on 04 Apr 2007 at 10:00 AM at

Bid/Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the
