Revitalization Publication and Multimedia Presentation
Prince George's County Planning Department, Upper Marlboro, Maryland

The Prince George's County Planning Department of The Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), in collaboration with
the Prince George's County Office of the County Executive, Prince
George's County Economic Development Corporation, Prince George's County
Department of Housing and Community Development, the Redevelopment
Authority of Prince George's County, and other county agencies
(collaboratively called the "project team") are seeking professional
services of a qualified consultant to prepare a revitalization
publication and a multimedia presentation for public outreach and
investor marketing purposes.  The publication will emphasize the assets
of the established communities and help position them as opportune
locations for revitalization, redevelopment, development, and other
investment.  It will be investor and developer-oriented, focusing on
issues such as local buying power, crime advances and initiatives,
community assets, and opportunities.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at
2:30 P.M.  The meeting will be held at M-NCPPC, County Administration
Building, 4th Floor - Board Room, located at 14741 Governor Oden Bowie
Drive, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20772.  

Due Date:  1:00 P.M. on April 17, 2007.
