Development of Design Guidelines
The City of Eureka, Eureka, California
Submittal Deadline: June 29, 2007
The City of Eureka is requesting qualifications and proposals from
economic analysis firms for peer review of the EUREKA BALLOON TRACK
RETAIL DEVELOPMENT ECONOMIC IMPACT AND URBAN DECAY ANALYSIS, prepared
November 2006 by CBRE CONSULTING, INC., Sedway Group.
The proposed project, known as Marina Center, includes the development
of a big-box Home Depot. The project proponent contracted with CBRE for
the preparation of an economic impact analysis; the City of Eureka is
seeking a qualified economic consultant to conduct a peer review of the
CBRE report.
