The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning

MTA Metro-North Railroad (MNR), acting through the Metropolitan
Transportation Authority (MTA) has issued a Request for Expression of
Interest (RFEI) on Oct. 30, 2007 to seek proposals from qualified
developers to establish a dynamic, mixed-use, Transit Oriented
Development at the Beacon train station, New York.*
THE SITE
Approximately 18 acres adjacent to the station overlooking the Hudson
River in the city of Beacon, NY
