Affordable Housing Feasibility Study
The Town of Hanover, Massachusetts
Submittal Deadline: November 28, 2007

 In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44, Section 53G, and Chapter 30B, The
Housing Authority of the Town of Hanover is soliciting proposals for
Engineering, Development and Planning Services for a feasibility study
on property located off Legion Drive in Hanover. Proposals will be
received at the office of the Hanover Planning Department, Town Hall,
550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339, until November 28, 2007. Copies
of the full Request for Proposals may be obtained from Andrew R. Port,
Town Planner, Hanover Planning Department, Town Hall, 550 Hanover
Street, Hanover, MA 02339 or by calling 781-826-7641, between 8 AM and 4
PM, Monday through Friday.  The full RFP may also be download from the

Proposals will be publicly opened at November 29, 2007 by the Housing
Authority, Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339. Proposals
may be submitted for one or more portions of the Scope of Work. One
contract may be awarded for the whole service (most desirable), or more
than one contract may be awarded if it is deemed to be in the best
interest of the Town of Hanover. Proposals must be submitted for both
Phase I and Phase II Parcels, as further described in the RFP.

The selected proposer(s) shall be determined by the Housing Authority.
Said Committee is expected to award a contract on or before December 3,
2007. The Town of Hanover Housing Authority reserves the right to
withdraw the Request for Proposal; to reject any and all proposals; and
to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of
Hanover.
