Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity
contractor, is requesting qualifications from architectural consultant
firms for professional services for the Centre City and Horton Plaza
redevelopment project areas. The purpose of this Request For
Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide CCDC with a consultant who will
provide guidance and assistance in the restoration, preservation, and
adaptive reuse of historic and potentially historic resources.
Subconsultant opportunities could include historian; electrical,
mechanical, structural and/or civil engineering; and construction cost
estimation.

Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses,
women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups
and local firms are encouraged.

There will be a presubmittal meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at
10:30 a.m. at the CCDC offices, 225 Broadway, Suite 1100 in downtown San
Diego. Subconsultants are encouraged to attend and network with
prospective prime consultants.

Deadline to submit a response is Friday, December 14, 2007 by 4:30 p.m.
