Submittal Deadline: December 14, 2007

Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity
contractor, is requesting qualifications from legal counsel firms to
provide legal services concerning historic preservation issues and
compliance requirements for the Centre City and Horton Plaza
redevelopment project areas. The purpose of this Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide CCDC with a consultant who will
provide legal counsel in all aspects of historic preservation law,
including tax and environmental (CEQA) codes at national, state, and
local levels.Subconsultant opportunities could includehistorian,
documentationservices for historic structures, and tax and financial
feasibility consultants.

Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses,
women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups
and local firms are encouraged.

There will be a presubmittal meetingon Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at
9:00 a.m. at the CCDC offices at 225 Broadway, Suite 1100 in downtown
San Diego. Subconsultants are encouraged to attend and network with
prospective prime consultants. 

Deadline to submit a response is Friday, December 14, 2007 by 4:30 p.m.
