Brownfield Opportunity Area Plan
The City of Rome, New York
Submittal Deadline: December 7, 2007
The City of Rome, New York is pleased to be requesting proposals from
qualified consultants for the preparation of a comprehensive Brownfield
Opportunity Area plan. We are seeking a professional planning and design
team to conduct a Nomination and Implementation Strategy for the East
Rome Business Park; as well as a Reuse Strategy for the former Rod Mill
Site. This is an exciting yet complex project that will ultimately
determine the economic and cultural vitality of Rome's waterfront.
