Feasibility Study for Mountville Community Center
The Mountville Borough Authority, Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Submittal Deadline: December 31, 2007

PROJECT SUMMARY

Introduction
The Mountville Borough Authority respectfully requests proposals from
qualified consultants to develop a Strategic Implementation Plan and
Feasibility Study for the Mountville Community Center that includes but
is not limited to:

*	analyzing comparable facilities 
*	potential community partnerships 
*	future planned facilities 
*	current demographics and projected growth along with projected
attendance 
*	financing options 
*	operations/business plan for the Community Center 

The purpose of this project is to assist the Borough Authority in the
strategic development of a community center along with feasible
alternatives throughout a ten-year period.  The consultant will be
responsible for providing community workshops and public input sessions
if necessary, a feasibility study, a final report, and a presentation to
Mountville Borough. The Mountville Borough  Authority has budgeted
$20,000 for this feasibility study. This project is time sensitive and
must be completed no later than April 30th, 2008.
