Form-Based Code Overlay and Develop Working Drawing for Streetscape
Improvements
The City of Berwyn, the Town of Cicero and the Village of Oak Park,
Illinois
Submittal Deadline: December 3, 2008

The City of Berwyn, Town of Cicero and the Village are Oak Park,
Illinois, are now accepting proposals for consultants to develop a
Form-Based Code Overlay and develop working drawings for streetscape
improvements along Roosevelt Road.

Proposals will be received until 5:00 P.M. on December 3, 2008 at the
Department of Community Planning and Development located at Village
Hall, 123 Madison Street, Oak Park, IL 60302. To download the full
