On-Board Transit Survey
The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), Columbus, Ohio
Submittal Deadline: October 31, 2007

The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is seeking the
services of a Consultant/Consultant Team to conduct an On-Board Transit
Survey (the Survey) of all fixed transit routes of the Central Ohio
Transit Service (COTA) and Delaware Area Transit Agency (DATA) and
conduct a rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control check of the survey
data with respect to the regional travel demand forecasting model.  The
purpose of the Survey is to provide sufficiently accurate data to
calibrate and validate the MORPC's activity-based/tour-based travel
demand forecasting model.

The Request for Proposal outlines information necessary to understand
the scope of the work, the consultant selection process and the required
documentation in submitting a proposal for this project.  Consultants
interested in being considered for selection must submit fifteen (15)
hardcopies and one (1) electronic copy in Microsoft Word format of their
proposal to the following by 4p.m. (ET) on October 31, 2007:
