The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Economic Analysis - Land Development
The City of Durango, Colorado
Submittal Deadline: November 1, 2007

Separate sealed proposals for consultant services to define the impacts
of land development to be used as a tool for the decisions and
negotiations on the annexation of properties to the City of Durango and
for the evaluation of development and redevelopment of lands within the
City of Durango, will be received by the City of Durango until 3:00 p.m.
on November 1, 2007.

Proposals must be delivered to the office of the Purchasing Division,
105 Sawyer Drive, Durango CO 81303, prior to deadline. It is the sole
responsibility of the respondent to see that the proposal is received
before the submission deadline. The respondent shall bear all risks
associated with delays in the U.S. mail or delivery service. Note that
guaranteed overnight delivery to Durango may not be available from
overnight carriers. Late proposals will not be considered.
