Submittal Deadline: November 6, 2007

Notice to Offerors
Statements of qualifications for Neighborhood Services Program
Management Consulting for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the
Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401
until 2:30 PM, Tuesday, November 6, 2007.  Statements of qualifications
shall be valid for 90 days after opening unless otherwise specified in
the Request for Qualifications specifications.  This invitation to
submit statements of qualifications does not commit the City to pay any
costs incurred by any offeror in the submission of a statement of
qualification.

Project Description
In general, work includes providing management consulting services for
the City of Eugene's Neighborhood Services program.

Solicitation Documents
Solicitation documents may be examined at the City of Eugene Purchasing
Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 or
electronically on the eBid system at

Qualifications must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a
resident bid-der, as defined in ORS 279A.120.

Qualifications will not be accepted by the City unless they contain a
statement by the bidder as a part of the qualifications that the bidder
in carry-ing out the contract will comply with all applicable laws.

The City may re-ject any qualifications not in compliance with all
prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject
for good cause any or all qualifications or waive any spec-ification or
require-ment upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to
do so.

Vendors must submit a total of one original statement of qualifications
and six copies directly to the City's Purchasing Office at 100 West 10th
Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 before the due date and time
specified in the Request for Qualifications.
