Airport Layout Plan Updates
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
Submittal Deadline: November 6, 2007

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking to identify
firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the
performance of professional technical assistance as required to prepare
airport layout plan updates. It is anticipated that these services will
be funded in part through a federal grant from the Federal Aviation
Administration under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). As such, the
selection process and subsequent agreement will contain and follow all
AIP requirements, including, but not limited to provisions for DBE
participation. Firms meeting the qualification requirements for the
performance of these services, as detailed on the Authority's Website
(www.panynj.gov <http://www.panynj.gov/> ), are encouraged to request a
copy of, and respond to, this RFP. Joint Ventures that are either a
legal entity or common law, and together fulfill the requirements are
acceptable. The specific information and qualifications details are set
forth in the document entitled "Request For Proposals For The
Performance Of Expert Professional Services For John F. Kennedy
International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International And Teterboro
Airports Airport Layout Plans Update".

A copy of this RFP will be furnished to interested firms upon request at
askforbids at panynj.gov <mailto:askforbids at panynj.gov> . It can also be
obtained directly via download at www.panynj.gov
<http://www.panynj.gov/> .  Upon requesting the RFP, please reference
RFP Number: 14095 in the subject line. Your e-mail should include the
following information: firm name, email address, contact person, mailing
address, and telephone number.  Proposals in response to this RFP are
due by 2:00 P.M. on November 6, 2007 and must have the RFP Number and
full legal firm name clearly indicated on the outside package.
