Eldorado Park Neighborhood Plan
The City of Fresno, California
Submittal Deadline: November 9, 2007

The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to
assist the City of Fresno Planning and Development Department partnering
with the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fresno in the planning of
the Eldorado Park Neighborhood Plan, to include: Conducting a
Neighborhood Planning Charrette, Evaluating Specific Land Use Plan
Alternatives, and Identifying a Preferred Alternative, and Preparation
of a Draft Specific Land Use Plan Document and Environmental Assessment
for the El Dorado Park Neighborhood in Northeast Fresno, California.

The City of Fresno hereby notifies all proposers that no person shall be
