Master Redevelopment Plan
The Stafford County Board of Supervisors, Virginia
Submittal Deadline: November 15, 2007

The Stafford County Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals for
professional services to prepare a Master Redevelopment Plan (Plan) for
four areas of the County (Resolution R06-454).  The areas are referred
to generally as Boswell's Corner, Courthouse Area, Falmouth Village and
the Southern Gateway.   This Plan is expected to build upon all of the
elements of the County's Comprehensive Plan, including the 2006 Economic
Development Strategic Plan, and yield a guide for the County's role in
these redevelopment efforts.
