Property Redevelopment
Grundy County, Illinois
Submittal Deadline: January 15, 2008

Grundy County, Illinois, invites interested persons and parties to
submit proposals in accordance with the requirements of this Request for
Proposals for the redevelopment of the Environmental Waste Resources,
Inc. (EWR) Property, located at 2390 South Broadway Street, near Coal
City, Illinois in an unincorporated portion of Grundy County. The EWR
property is currently zoned as an M-2 Manufacturing District and may
have environmental contamination on the site. The following is a
description of some of the services to be provided by respondent:

*	Site Investigation and Characterization (Remedial Investigation 
*	Feasibility Study 
*	Environmental Management Plan 
*	Financial Assurance 
*	Instructions to the Respondent 
*	Redevelopment Project Plan 
*	Satisfaction of Past Due Taxes 
*	Community Information 
*	Master Agreement 
*	Indemnification and Hold Harmless 
*	Issuance of Requisite Local Land Use Approvals
