Aquatic Community Center Feasibility Study
The City of St Cloud, Minnesota
Submittal Deadline: December 10, 2007

The City of St. Cloud requests consultant services from professional
consulting firms to prepare an Aquatic Community Center Feasibility
Study (ACCFS). The ACCFS should provide direction to the City on
critical elements for an aquatic community center that would meet the
needs of the City and metropolitan area. The ACCFS should accurately
reflect current and future needs of the community regarding aquatic and
community center facilities. The ACCFS should also describe the process
for conducting a site, marketing and partnership analysis for the intent
of identifying and recommending potential sites and project partners for
the aquatic community center.

Qualification statement submission deadline will be Noon (12PM) on
