Development Consultant Services
The City of Bradenton Central Community Redevelopment Agency (CCRA),
Florida
Submittal Deadline: September 17, 2007

The City of Bradenton Central Community Redevelopment Agency (CCRA) is
seeking to contract with a qualified Developer and /or development firm;
(a firm registered to practice in the State of Florida) to: 

*	Coordinate implementation of any recommendations from the Phase
I Environmental Study 
*	Site Plan Development 
*	Coordination of Land Use/Zoning changes 
*	Coordination of Engineering Services 
*	Coordination of Architectural Services 
*	Selection/Coordination of General Contractor Services 
*	Coordinate regular meeting of the Project Professionals 
*	Review of Development Change Orders 
*	Coordinate all applicable Permit Approvals (City, County, State,
SWFMD) 
*	Representation at Community Meetings/Workshops 
*	Representation at City Meetings for updates/Approvals 
*	Monthly CCRA Board Meeting updates 
*	Weekly meetings with Executive Director and Staff 
*	Coordinate Appraisals 
*	Assisting in Final Budget Development 
*	Coordinate monthly Development/Construction Draws 
*	Developing a Project Schedule 
*	Producing Monthly Development Update report 
*	Market and Pre-sale of residential units 
*	Market and Pre-sale of commercial units 

Please submit your proposal of services and a statement of
qualifications for these proposed services to the address below:

Proposals must be received by the CCRA no later than 4:00 pm on the 17th
day of September, 2007 to be considered. The CCRA reserves the right to
negotiate with any and all individuals, engineers or firms that submit
proposals, as per the Florida Professional Services Procurement Act and
the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.

The City of Bradenton Central Community redevelopment Agency is an
