Fort Bliss and El Paso Regional Growth Plan
The City of El Paso, Texas
Submittal Deadline: October 12, 2007

The City of El Paso seeks a consultant to develop a regional growth
coordination plan needed to prepare the region for the impact on
infrastructure and services generated by the 2005 BRAC, Global Defense
Posture Realignment, Army Modular Force, and Army Cost Positioning
actions at Fort Bliss, Texas. Funding is provided by DOD's Office of
Economic Adjustment.

Proposals should be sent to Deputy Director, Financial Services,
Purchasing Division, City of El Paso, 2 Civic Center Plaza, 7th Floor,
El Paso, Texas 79901.
