and Logo Development
The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado

PROJECT
The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, is accepting proposals for the
development of a comprehensive wayfinding signage system, streetscape
furnishings palette and logo development for its downtown area in
accordance with the town's established terms, conditions, and

QUESTIONS
Any request for clarification or additional information deemed necessary
by any respondent to present a proper proposal shall be submitted in

referencing this Request for Proposals.

Submittal requirements are outlined in the Required Submittals section
of the RFP.

All proposals shall be binding upon the respondent if accepted by the
Town within sixty (60) calendar days of the proposal submission date.
Negligence upon the part of the respondent in preparing the cost
proposal confers no right of withdrawal after the time fixed for the
submission of proposals. The Town reserves the right to negotiate any
and all elements of this proposal.
