Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations, and Market Research
The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado
Submittal Deadline: May 2, 2008

The Town Tourism Committee (TTC) in cooperation with the Town of Pagosa
Springs is soliciting proposals for professional consulting services for
a marketing/advertising, public relations, and market research for
Pagosa Springs.

Potential Bidders wishing to participate in this RFP should ensure they
have all addenda prior to submission of proposal. Failure to acknowledge
receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the
rejection of your proposal.

Questions
All questions must be submitted in writing to the TTC via fax to
970-264-4636 or via e-mail to Dianne Calderon at
dcalderon at centurytel.net <mailto:dcalderon at centurytel.net> .

Question deadline: Time: 4:30 p.m., April 25, 2008.

E-mail or phone calls will be accepted. Questions received after the
deadline may not be accepted.

Submittal Instructions
Submittal requirements are outlined in the Submittal Instructions
section of the RFP. Place all required copies in a sealed envelope
bearing the name of the firm and mark as follows:

Proposal Due Date and Time: Friday, May 2, 2008, 5:00pm
