and Environmental Impact Report
The City of Turlock, California

The City of Turlock (City) invites proposals from qualified vendors for
Turlock General Plan Update, Housing Element Update, Capital Fee Nexus
Study, and Environmental Impact Report.

Parties interested in obtaining a copy of this RFP F-08-115 may do so by
faxing their request to 209-668-5107 attention Dorinda Soiseth, Planning
Division. Please include the following information in your request: name
and address of firm; name, telephone and facsimile number of contact
person; specify RFP F-08-115.

Copies of the RFP may also be obtained on the City's website,
www.cityofturlock.org <http://www.cityofturlock.org/> , or by calling
Dorinda Soiseth at 209-668-5640, or in person at City Hall, 156 S.
Broadway, Ste. 120, Turlock, CA 95380.

Pre-Proposal Meeting
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 a.m., PST, April
25, 2008. Proposals will only be accepted from those who have attended
this meeting.

Closing Date
Proposals must be submitted at or before 5:00 p.m., PST, Friday, May 30,
2008, at the address listed above. 

Issuance of this RFP and/or receipt of proposals do not commit the City
to award a contract.
