Northside Market Study
The City of Madison, Wisconsin
Submittal Deadline: April 23, 2008

The City of Madison desires to better understand the market dynamics of
the neighborhoods surrounding the Northport Drive, Sherman Ave, and
Packers Avenue commercial corridors. This information will inform the
City to make more market-based land use and policy recommendations. This
Northside Market Study will provide more information regarding the
current supply, demand, and configuration of a variety of commercial and
residential uses, and will provide guidance regarding future
opportunities and constraints within these commercial corridors.
