Downtown Strategic Plan Update
The City of Morgantown, West Virginia
Submittal Deadline: May 15, 2008

The City of Morgantown is requesting proposals for professional
consultant services regarding the preparation of the Downtown Strategic
Plan Update and associated services. Interested parties are invited to
respond to the RFP for professional services for the project. The
selected consultant or consultant group will be responsible for all
steps necessary to prepare a plan update that suggests solutions to
existing land use and economic development issues within the study area,
engaging the public in a series of meetings; preparation of text and
graphics; making presentations to the Planning Commission and City
Council, and producing a final document for adoption.
