LaSalle Square Area Redevelopment Plan
The City of South Bend, IN
Submittal Deadline: March 10, 2008

The City is seeking a consultant to provide a redevelopment plan for a
former commercial center and the surrounding area.  This plan will serve
as a basis to expend TIF funds in a market-based strategy to foster
