Community Plan to Support Neighborhood Redevelopment
The Greater Memphis Partnership
Submittal Deadline: March 13, 2008

The Greater Memphis Partnership (GMP) is seeking qualified individuals
and/or a consulting firm with experienced principal staff to develop a
comprehensive public/private community plan to support neighborhood
redevelopment for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012. The
Greater Memphis Partnership is composed of the City of Memphis, Assisi
Foundation, Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, and a steering
committee that includes community development corporations and other
stakeholders.

The applicant is expected to collaborate with the Partnership to create
the identification, development, scheduling and implementation of
activities designed to complete an acceptable plan. Scope of work
includes (partial list):

*	Compilation and analysis of existing assessments 
*	Inventory of organizations working in each neighborhood 
*	Development of an implementation plan 
*	Development of a shared vision for community-wide neighborhood
redevelopment 
*	Identification of the resources and infrastructure required for
the community to achieve this vision 
*	Credible and flexible implementation strategies with timetable
and budget.
