AICP has adopted the following policy:

The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Energy Master Plan
Mesa County, Colorado
Submittal Deadline: February 25, 2008

Mesa County is accepting proposals from qualified individuals and/or
companies for the purposes of receiving proposals from qualified
companies and/or individuals interested in compiling an inventory of all
energy resources (e.g., petroleum, coal, uranium, other fuels, solar,
wind, geoexchange, and other renewable resources) in Mesa County and
completing phase one of an Energy Master Plan for Mesa County, Colorado
(a policy analysis with a focus on petroleum, coal, and uranium) as
specified in Mesa County Request for Proposal Number MDR-04-08.
