AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services
Transportation Code Update
The City of Milwaukie, Oregon
Submittal Deadline: March 10, 2008
The City of Milwaukie seeks proposals from qualified and experienced
land use consultants for technical assistance with a code update
project. The purpose of this project is to evaluate, refine, and
reorganize the City's transportation regulations and street design
standards in order to make them easier to understand, use, and defend.
Submittals by interested consulting firms must demonstrate their
qualifications to manage this type of project, develop and analyze
alternatives, and draft clear and effective code language.

Consultants responding to this RFQ will be evaluated against the
following criteria:

members;
* Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with governmental
agencies and the public;
* Competitiveness of billing rates.
