Urban Sustainability Program and Associated Design Guidelines
Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), San Diego, California
Submittal Deadline: February 1, 2008
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) describes an opportunity for an
architectural, engineering and/or environmental consultant firm or a
team of consultants to prepare an Urban Sustainability Program and
associated Design Guidelines for new and renovated, public and private
developments in Centre City Project Area.
Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity
contractor, is requesting professional services to prepare a
sustainability program and associated policies and design guidelines for
new and renovated public and private building developments in Centre
City Project Area. Subconsultant opportunities could include architects,
engineers, environmental consultants, and public relations consultants.
Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses,
women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups
and local firms are encouraged.
There will be a non-mandatory presubmittal meeting on January 16, 2008
at 2:00 p.m. at 225 Broadway, 17th floor conference room in downtown San
Diego. Subconsultants are encouraged to attend and network with
prospective prime consultants.
Deadline to submit a response is February 1, 2008 by 4:30 p.m.
