AICP has adopted the following policy:

The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

This letter shall serve as a notice as to the availability of the
above-referenced RFP for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Milwaukee. This RFP can be downloaded in its entirety from the
Department of City Development web site located at the following
address: www.mkedcd.org/rfp <http://www.mkedcd.org/rfp> 

NOTE: Depending upon your computer hardware, it can take several minutes
to download an RFP. Please be patient. If you have any problems
downloading, please call 414-286-5727 or e-mail sstang at milwaukee.gov
<mailto:sstang at milwaukee.gov> .

Changes may be made AFTER the original RFP is issued. It is the
proponent's responsibility to download and return any addenda that have
been issued. Failure to return a signed addendum with your RFP may
result in RFP rejection.
