The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina
Submittal Deadline: February 15, 2008

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina, the lead staff agency for the
Rock Hill-Fort Mill Area Transportation Study (RFATS) is seeking a
qualified consultant to assist city staff in the provision of MPO
Planning Services for the RFATS Study Area. The focus of the services to
be provided is assistance towards the development of the 2035 Long Range
Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Air Quality Conformity Report, and
related SAFETEA-LU compliance requirements for the regional plan.
