Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Zoning Ordinance Revision
Orange County, Virginia
Submittal Deadline: March 20, 2008

Proposals will be received in hand in the Office of the Orange County
Procurement Technician located at Post Office Box 111, 112 West Main
Street, Suite 206, Orange, Virginia 22960, until 2'o'clock PM, local
time, Thursday, March 20, 2008 for Zoning Ordinance Consulting Services.

Orange County is requesting proposals from qualified firms with
expertise in professional zoning ordinance consulting services to review
Orange County's existing Zoning Ordinance and revise as appropriate. The
review and revision will represent a joint work effort between the
County Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, County Staff and the
selected Consultant.

A copy of the Request for Proposal package will be available for a
non-refundable fee of $50.00 each, payable to Orange County Treasurer.
Requests should be directed to the Office of Strategic Planning. Package
contains a copy of the current Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, and
2006 Comprehensive Plan. The Office of Strategic Planning is located at
112 West Main Street, Orange, Virginia 22960, Telephone Number

Orange County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to
waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
