Mill-Pine National Register Historic District Master Plan
The City of Roseburg, Oregon
Submittal Deadline: August 28, 2008

RFP NO. CDD-08-03

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City of Roseburg is requesting sealed
proposals from qualified persons to provide registered professional
services for the preparation of a Mill-Pine National Register Historic
District Master Plan.  Interested parties will be provided sufficient
information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the
City.  It is the City's intent to select the most advantageous proposal
based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals
(RFP) packet.  

A copy of the RFP packet may be obtained from the City Recorder's
Office, at City Hall, 900 SE Douglas, Roseburg, OR  97470; by calling
541-672-7701 x222 or by downloading it from the City's website at
www.cityofroseburg.com/cityCommon/bidding/index.php

holder list shall also be available on the City's website.

All proposals must be sealed, clearly marked Mill-Pine National Register
Historic District Master Plan Services Proposal - RFP No. CDD-08-03,
2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 28, 2008 and received in the City Recorder's
Office at Roseburg City Hall by the above specified date and time.  Any
proposal received after that date and time, or not submitted in the
proper manner, will be returned without further consideration.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as
a result of this RFP, to waive any irregularities and to accept the
proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.  Preparation and
submission of a proposal is at the proposer's sole risk and expense.
