The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.  Here's the

Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Resolution/ Subdivision Regulations Update
Rutherford County, Tennessee
Submittal Deadline: August 20, 2008
Rutherford County is accepting submittals of qualification from firms
whose expertise is county-wide comprehensive plan development and
subsequent zoning and subdivision regulation update.
Responses to the RFQ are due by August 20, 2008 at 4:30 PM Central Time.
