Oregon Statewide Planning Goal 9 and 10 - Economic and Housing Needs
Analysis
The City of La Grande, Oregon and the City of Union, Oregon
Submittal Deadline: July 3, 2008
Description of the Project
The City of La Grande, City of Union and Union County are requesting
interested firms to submit their qualifications for planning services to
conduct a Goal 9 Economic Needs Analysis and a Goal 10 Housing Needs
Analysis. The project is funded jointly by the Oregon Department of Land
Conservation and Development (DLCD), the City of La Grande, the City of
Union and Union County. The project is to commence after June 30, 2008.
We would personally like to invite you to submit a proposal. A copy of
the full Request for Proposals can be obtained by contacting Michael
Boquist, City Planner, City of La Grande 541-962-1307 or downloaded from
the City of La Grande website at
http://www.ci.la-grande.or.us/uploads/RequestforQualifications.pdf.
Proposal submittals are due at City of La Grande, Planning Division,
1000 Adams Avenue, P.O. Box 670, La Grande, OR 97850, by 5:00 p.m. PST
on July 3, 2008.
