Submittal Deadline: September 12, 2008
The City of Hartsville is seeking competitive proposals from developers
or development teams for purchase and development the vista
redevelopment property. The rfp packet describes the terms of
development and submission (available by calling 843-383-3009).
Submission must be received on or before 4:00 pm on Friday, September
12, 2008 to the City of Hartsville, Attn: Sealed Proposal #1208, P.O.
Drawer 2497, Hartsville, SC 29551 or deliver to the City Clerk's Office,
2nd floor of City Hall, 133 W. Carolina Ave.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in
