The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.  Here's the

Land Use Code Amendments for Wright's Mesa
San Miguel County, Telluride, Colorado 
Submittal Deadline: August 1, 2008
The San Miguel County Planning Department is seeking a qualified company
or individual to provide professional consulting services for updating
the County Land Use Code including, but not limited to, amending the
Wright's Mesa Zone District and the Wright's Mesa Subdivision Exemption
process, creating several new zone districts directed at uses on
Wright's Mesa, refine standards and criteria of Open Land Protection
Exemptions, and establish standards for a Scenic Highway Overlay
District, which are consistent with the Wright's Mesa Master Plan
including the proposed Strategies section.
