The City Of Waynesboro, Virginia
Submittal Deadline: March 21, 2008

The City of Waynesboro, Virginia is requesting proposals from qualified
and experienced individuals or firms wishing to be considered for
services related to reviewing and rewriting the City's Zoning Ordinance
and redrawing the Zoning Map.

Although it has been amended periodically, the City Zoning Ordinance has
not had a comprehensive update since 1964. Consequently, the existing
ordinance contains obsolete development standards, internal
inconsistencies and inconsistencies with other related codes. In tandem
with updating its land use plan, the City hopes to prepare an entirely
new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map.

Five (5) copies of the proposal and firm qualifications for the City's
zoning ordinance update will be received at the office of:
