The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services

Riverfront Park Master Plan
City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Submittal Deadline: March 27, 2008

The City of Cedar Rapids in eastern Iowa is inviting interested parties
to present Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing professional
architectural/engineering services to develop a Riverfront Park Master
Plan for the Cedar River in and near the downtown covering approximately
2.3 miles.

A Question & Answer session will be held on Wednesday, March 5th, 2008
from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm in City Council Chambers on 4th Floor of Cedar
Rapids' City Hall located at 50 Second Avenue Bridge.

Interested firms are to submit 9 bound copies and 1 unbound copy of
their SOQ by 12:00 Noon (CST) March 27th, 2008 to:
