AICP has adopted the following policy:

The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services

Watershed Assessment Plan and Local Stormwater Management Plan/Program
The City of Johnston, Iowa
Submittal Deadline: April 11, 2008

The City of Johnston in central Iowa has been issued a Municipal
Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit by the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources. To maintain compliance with this permit, the City
must complete a Watershed Plan and Stormwater Management Plan/Program.

The website also includes an opportunity to submit comments and
questions. Comments received and information provided will be posted on
the website for the benefit of all participants.

Interested firms must respond in written form to the RFQ and submit
documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the
services required.

The deadline for submittal is Friday, April 11, 2008. Thank you for your
