General Plan and Zoning Ordinance Comprehensive Update
The City of Pico Rivera, California
Submittal Deadline: March 31, 2008

The City of Pico Rivera is seeking proposals from qualified consulting
firms to prepare a comprehensive update of the General Plan and Zoning
Ordinance with the associated environmental analysis.  The RFP
represents the initial step in the selection of a firm to prepare the
documents.  After review and evaluation of the submitted proposals, the
City will recommend the finalist to the City Council for award of
contract.
