Consultant Services-Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for the
Central US 1 Corridor
The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission
Submittal Deadline: April 14, 2008

The Prince George's County Planning Department of The Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission (the Commission) is seeking the
services of a multi-disciplinary Consultant or Consultant team to assist
with the development of a new Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment
(Zoning Map) for the Central US 1 Corridor. The professional services
required include community outreach, land use planning and
transit-oriented development planning, transportation planning,
environmental planning, public facilities planning, economic development
planning, housing planning, revitalization planning, and urban design
planning.
