Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Downtown Development Plan
The Town of Frederick, Colorado
Submittal Deadline: April 15, 2008

The Town of Frederick is requesting proposals for professional
consultant services regarding the preparation of the Downtown
Development Study and associated services.  Interested parties are
invited to respond to the RFP for professional services for the Downtown
Development Plan. The selected consultant or consultant group will be
responsible for all steps necessary to prepare a plan that suggests
solutions to existing land use and economic development issues within
this area, engaging the public in a series of meetings; preparation of
text and graphics; making presentations to the Board of Trustees and
Planning Commission, and producing a final document for adoption.

PROPOSALS DUE: 2:00 p.m. (Mountain) on April 15, 2008.
