Tahoe Regional Planning Agency

Submittal Deadline: June 2, 2008 
The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) is requesting qualification
statements and proposals from all interested consulting firms and
environmental professionals familiar with development and land use
regulations found in the TRPA Regional Plan. These regulations include,
but are not limited to: the Code of Ordinances, Plan Area Statements,
Goals and Policies Plan, Rules of Procedure, Scenic Quality Improvement
Program (SQIP), Design Review Guidelines, Master Plans, Community Plans,
Redevelopment Plans, and Regional Transportation Plans.
Selected consultants may act on behalf of TRPA staff (with oversight) in
the review and evaluation of project applications for conformance with
the TRPA Regional Plan. This review may be limited to portions of
applications, or may include review of an application in its entirety. 
Deadline for submittal of a complete proposal is 5:00 p.m., Monday, June
2, 2008.
