TYPE OF WORK
The PBC is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing
professional services as Design Architect for Chicago Public Library
(CPL) Branch Libraries and Architect of Record services for several
library projects. 
The Design Architect for Branch Libraries will be required to analyze
and improve upon several existing prototypical designs of Branch
Libraries. 
The Architect of Record will provide all Services required to complete
the coordinated design of the assigned project or projects. 
Architectural firms must demonstrate relevant and recent experience,
last 5 years, in the design of freestanding public library facilities
which include multimedia, wireless technologies and seeking LEED
Certification.
