[Fellows] REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - IN MEMORIAM

The College of Fellows wishes to remember those Fellows who have died in
the past two years.  Those Fellows will be acknowledged through a
remembrance at the Fellows Induction Ceremony in San Antonio.  It is
important that no Fellows be overlooked.  Please take a moment to send
the names of any deceased Fellows to RAbdo at planning.org.
