[Healthycommunitycoalition] Shaping Healthy Communities - follow up survey

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to follow-up on the working luncheon held a couple of weeks ago
to discuss how our organizations - a coalition of health and built
environment oriented groups - can support policy efforts to create
healthier communities. During the luncheon we discussed a number of
priority issues and generated ideas to further these issue areas. 

 

The first two action steps included developing 1) a listserv for the
group and 2) a short survey.  The idea of a short survey arose as a way
to categorize priority issues and current legislative/programmatic
efforts underway, as well as to identify possible efforts that we would
like to begin to accomplish together.  The survey is only SIX questions
and will hopefully help launch us into our next conversation about what
we want to happen and what we want to do together.  I will plan to
compile results and send them out to you after the survey closes.  For
those of you who weren't able to attend, questions of the survey are
written to give a bit of background about what we talked about at the
luncheon.
