I?m writing from Active Living Research www.activelivingresearch.org<http://www.activelivingresearch.org/>.  One of our grantees, Prof. Ruth Steiner at the Univ. of Florida recommended that I contact you.  We are interested in proposing a session for the 2010 National Planning conference with a theme of ?Designing Active Communities for Youth.?

The session would inform practitioners and policy-makers about how the built environment can increase children and youth?s ability to lead physically active lives and thus reduce their risk of obesity and other related health problems.

Would your Division be interested in collaborating with us to propose such a session?
